On January 24th we are starting a very exciting 6 week challenge designed to re-intigrate you back into a healthy lifestyle. We currently live in an atmosphere of people who want to train, but think it would now be an insurmountable task, given the last 2 years. There’s a duality where we don’t feel ready, but we also fear in what position we are in after Christmas.  Even us trainers know what its like to feel “too sluggish”, too unmotivated, and too overwhelmed to get back into our good habits and start living positively again.

This program is the answer to that problem. We start your training at a comfortable rate, while helping you develop an achievable nutrition strategy. We make it doable, we make the goal achievable. That goal is as stringent as you want, we don’t care. To us, we know real change comes from formulating good habits, which take 6 weeks to form. That is OUR goal for you, to get you to the stage where healthier choices are second nature, and going to the gym becomes as fluid as showering. That is where success comes from.

Train in one of our groups 3 times a week, with some measure of flexibility. Commit less than €200 to your success. Commit 6 weeks to us. No one has regretted it yet. 

The Program

The Ultimate System.

Our system is based upon developing strength and cardiovascular fitness in the same workout, but not at the same time. We target strength and development first, then burn off the excess calories towards the end of the session. All of this will start within your comfort, because week 1 means nothing in comparison to the power of enjoying it, and sticking at it. 

At the start of your journey we send you a quick online needs assessment form, which gives your trainer a necessary insight into your training and nutrition history. In-house you jump up on our private biological scanner, the Inbody, to assess your starting point. From these we build your nutrition plan, all calorie tailored around your present body and future goals.

Again our goal is creating habit, so we introduce you into new ways and patterns of eating (which we are hoping will stick).  Sleep, hydration, stress, caffeine, alcohol, and a vast amount of other factors are detailed in our SUCCESS HANDBOOK. This is our tailored Nutrition Plan, supplied to help get you on track. It contains lots of info and a meal plan (with recipes) so you know exactly what to eat to maximise your chance of success.

The Ultimate Flexibility.

We have definitely found the secret sauce when it comes to booking flexibility. Our system pre-books you into your most desired time (each workout time holds 12 participants), so you don’t have to book in each time. However, with our app, we offer the flexibility of cancelling and moving a slot into any other free slot that week. So we guarantee you security on your usual booking, but also offer full flexibility to move it (in the example in the image someone has moved their 10am slot to a more suitable slot that week). Its the perfect “zero-disappointment” system.
