The Underground is our group training program designed to change your body fast. We set up 3 brand new workouts every week, each with 2 variations, which is 6 workouts weekly. These workouts target specific areas of the body while allowing for recovery of muscles previously worked, just like the programming you pay money for Personal Training. Altogether this gives you the confidence of knowing you are working your body in a structured program, avoiding imbalances and injury, while creating a toned and mobile physique. Our workouts are home-grown, as our a lot of our exercises. Add this to the support of our members area, our numerous nutrition programs designed to offer you variety, and you have Dublin’s best workout system. We can keep your body challenged, ever pushing forward, while keeping your excited about what we have in store. This is definitely no ordinary fitness class, this is The Underground.

The morning conveyer is our answer to provide the ultimate rise and shine program. Get in and get your workout done before the day even starts. Trademarked to the Underground, the Conveyer lets you jump into the workout anytime between 6am and 7am. The workout is set ongoing from 6am to 8am, but the conveyer feeds members into this workout like lemmings whenever you choose to arrive. You will perform the exact same workout as you would in the day or evening classes. This means you can get up exactly what time you need to (or want to), get fuelled, get training, and get into work with your systems fired. All to your own perfect sleep schedule.
Achieving true fitness takes more than just working out. Real progress is made by knowing what to make in the kitchen, and knowing the life-hacks that help you practically reach your goal. Sleep, hydration, stress, caffeine, alcohol, all of these factors are detailed in our MEMBERS AREA and our SUCCESS HANDBOOK.
The MEMBERS AREA contains some general information to get you started, but the SUCCESS HANDBOOK is a different animal altogether. This is a 50 page print out tailored around you, highlighting your required macros and calories for different goals, all based around your body composition tests. All recipes and meal timing are supplied for you too. This is the ultimate start heavily recommended to people joining up first time.

We have both credit and auto-renewing subscription payment methods. The monthly renewal makes up the majority of our members due to its rewarding value for money, and the credit packages are perfect for those who can’t make it as often.
Theres a lot of being roped into things these days, and thats just not our vibe. We pride ourselves on our flexibility, because we don’t want you to be paying for time you cant use. So we have no minimum contract time. As long as we get 4 days notice you can cancel your monthly membership, as well as having the ability to pause your membership for 2 weeks or over.
The GOLD Plan is what we recommend for beginners. We don’t want to push joining fee’s, so the standard membership is available, but what you get in the GOLD Plan is worth its weight in just that.

Our new premises is spread out over 2 floors. One for our personal and small group training, and one for our Underground group workouts. We also have on site shower facilities, as well as seminar area and consultation room.
