At Unit 4 in Deansgrange, home to Underground Fitness and Repose Yoga, we present the ultimate sauna and ice bath experience. Our facility features a luxurious, custom-built six-person sauna and two large chilled ice baths, with fresh ice available on-site. For those who prefer a gentler option, there’s also a cool barrel, along with two outdoor rain showers. Inside, you’ll find shower and changing facilities, as well as a swimsuit dryer for your comfort. Coming soon, we’ll also be opening our own coffee shop, serving barista coffee and snacks.
The space is housed in a fully enclosed structure that captures the warmth of the sun on summer days while providing protection during the more typical Irish months. With recovery of both body and mind as our focus, this is the perfect place to unwind and restore balance.
