Overview
The Metabolic Detox Plan is a 1 or 2 week heavily restrictive plant based which helps cleanse your body of toxins and heavy metals through the abundant supply of anti-oxidants. You eat only vegetables and plant based foodstuffs, like plant proteins and coconut oil.
Who is this for?
This plan is highly effective for people with a high toxic load. If you have been eating and drinking excessively, and feel sluggish, bloated and enflamed, this will make a huge impact and set you up nicely for the next stage. This is a fairly hardcore plan, not for the faint hearted, which wields life changing results. You can expect to lose a trace amount of muscle mass, so this is not suitable when building or maintaining muscle mass is the primary goal.
