One of our 6 highly qualified Personal Trainers will induct you into our Semi-Private Personal Training System, which provides bespoke health and fitness programming to a limited number of people within a group. This is the most premium group training experience in South Dublin, combining fun and expertly programmed workouts with state of the art nutrition and tracking to ensure you reach your chosen goals. Our program has been fine tuned over the last 10 years, having helped 1000+ people reach their full fitness potential. We pride ourselves on our clear method of instruction and tuition, being able to tailor our training program to the individual within a group setting. Our process begins with a quick and informative online needs assessment (informative for us, that is!), which gives your trainer a necessary insight into your training and nutrition history. Upon arrival of your first workout our trainer will induct you, and know exactly what level to administer your training at to avoid that famous debilitating muscle soreness that comes with early training. After a further assessment on our private biological scanner, the Inbody, we will start building your nutrition plan, all calories tailored to your present body and future goals.
Our system is based upon developing strength and cardiovascular fitness in the same workout, but not at the same time. Our workouts start out with the critical strength and technique development that builds muscle tone and increases your metabolism. Too many training programs do not assign adequate rest, and are done in circuit fashion. We then bridge our strength section into high intensity training, burning body fat and developing your cardiovascular fitness. Its the ultimate blend, delivered in a fun and challenging atmosphere for unbeatable results. Our coaches are passionate about helping you develop your technique and master the basics, and beyond.

We have definitely found the secret sauce when it comes to booking flexibility. Our system pre-books you into your most desired time (each workout time holds 12 participants), so you don’t have to book in. However, with our app, we offer the flexibility of cancelling and moving a slot into any other free slot that week. So we guarantee you security on your usual booking, but also offer full flexibility to move it (in the example here someone has moved their 9.30am workout to a more suitable time). Its the perfect “zero-disappointment” system.
We also offer you the opportunityto book into 4th weekly workouts if you wanted to push it extra hard that week.
Our membership contract is based on the mantra; “treat others how you would want to be treated”, so in light of that there really is no contract. We do not repay our customers highly appreciated business by tying them into payment plans when they can no longer use the facilities. Payments are done on an auto-renewing monthly basis, but as long as you give us a minimum of 5 days notice you will not be charged again. It’s only fair.
