Welcome to Underground Fitness Dublin’s FMS prescription page, where you can find the homework for increasing the range of motion in areas we have found problematic to you during your FMS screening test. Our Personal Trainers; Patrick, Ryan, Rob and Ivan will bring you through a series of exercises and techniques, some to use within the workout, and others to perform post-workout or at home.
STEP 1 – BOOK INTO AN FMS SESSION
FMS sessions can be booked into using the same schedule that you use to book your workouts. Our FMS times can move around so check the schedule to see a time that suits you.
STEP 2 – REVIEW YOUR HOMEWORK
Use your score card to see what you need to work on the most. Importance ranges from 1 (recommended) to 3 (which is critical work for you). Scroll down this page to see our specific prescription videos, which can be performed by you daily at home or additionally after every workout post-stretch.
STEP 3 – RETEST AFTER 1 MONTH
Come back to us to see how you scored. We recommend returning and repeating the process until any imbalances are corrected.
