The Underground is our group training program designed to change your body fast. We set up 3 brand new workouts every week that target specific areas of the body while allowing for recovery of muscles previously worked. Altogether this gives you the confidence of knowing you are working your body in a structured program, avoiding imbalances and injury, while creating a toned and mobile physique. Our workouts are hown-grown, as our alot of our exercises. Add this to the support of our members area, our numerous nutrition programs designed to offer you variety, and you have Dublins best workout system. We can keep your body challenged, ever pushing forward, while keeping your excited about what we have in store. This is definitely no ordinary fitness class, this is The Underground.
Achieving true fitness takes more than just working out. Real progress is made by knowing what to make in the kitchen, and knowing the life-hacks that help you practically reach your goal. Sleep, hydration, stress, caffeine, alcohol, all of these factors are detailed in our MEMBERS AREA. We have videos and written material to help educate you.
Our BASE PROGRAMS have been designed to detail all the training and nutrition information you need to reach your specific goal. Not sure which one suits? Our MEMBERS AREA provides recommendations for which might be suitable for you.
We have both credit and auto-renewing subscription payment methods. The monthly renewal makes up the majority of our members due to its rewarding value for money, and the credit packages are perfect for those who can’t make it as often.
Theres a lot of being roped into things these days, and thats just not our vibe. We pride ourselves on our flexibility, because we don’t want you to be paying for time you cant use. So we have no minimum contract time. As long as we get 4 days notice you can cancel your monthly membership, as well as having the ability to pause your membership for 2 weeks or over.
