You can get your team conditioned for the mid season or pre-season with the Underground. Your athletes or staff can take part in a challenging team building experience, performing their own gruelling Underground workout. The Underground is a full body high intensity workout designed using sports specific exercises. Even though the Underground is perfectly designed for the field athlete, we can customise the workouts to give your team or workforce maximal required benefit, whether is muscular endurance, linear or lateral speed or jump height.
Sports athletes are realising that their game is played at a high intensity, and that having 360 degrees of strength is of increasing importance. They also require the endurance to apply this strength through to the end whistle and need constant conditioning of the core, improved balance and specialised injury prevention drills. No matter what the requirement, we can modify our athletic conditioning to be sports specific.

You can get your office or workforce fit, healthy and motivated by exercising intensely, and regularly. High intensity exercise and proper nutrition has shown to greatly increase energy, focus and alertness in the workplace. Our team based training also raises morale and team bonding.
A tough physical sport that requires a strong core and an even stronger frame. There is also alot of explosive movement over a period of time, requiring both power and muscular endurance, two of the major aspects of Underground training. We also train lateral movements for stepping and injury prevention to keep your players on the field.
Hockey requires both lower body and upper body strength, and sever muscular endurance to power both effectively through the whole game. We can adapt our atheletic field conditioning workouts to involve more core and rotational movements to improve ball hitting and stability. Plyometrics will also greatly increase your players ability to sprint and chase down the ball.
A few of the greatest fitness requirements in football are muscular endurance, speed and eye-foot coordination. These are all training aspects we can build into our field sport workouts to improve a players game well into second half. We improve lateral movement, jump height ability and starting/stopping pace, as well as injury prevention to keep your players on the field.
Gaelic and hurling both require speed, endurance, physicality and eye-hand coordination. We can work eye-hand movements into the field sport workouts to improve ability to catch the ball while heavily fatigued. we also work speed and jump height with plyometrics, to improve the ability to chase down the ball and catch mid air.
