Technique Series – Deadlift

A video taken in the class just highlighting some common errors when performing your Deadlift. Remember that although the Deadlift does work the upper body (back), you must remove any signal to your upper body and keep all focus on the hips. You can practice a deadlift with your arms folded across your chest.
