You can build your fitness and physique from zero with our scalable workouts, nutrition plans, and ongoing tutorials. Our chief fitness programmer Patrick Mackeogh creates a rolling series of high intensity workouts that are never repeated, and keep developing the body for anyone who jumps in. Its like a tailored personal training program that you can join in any time. Our athletic conditioning program chews through body fat while strongly developing your own metabolism through lean muscle development. We provide all the nutritional information you need to lead you closer to your specific goals. This is a complete program, complete for beginners and advanced trainees alike.
Have you ever heard someone say getting into shape is 90% nutrition? Well, they were right. That’s why we give you all the nutritional guidance you need to get into shape fast, with methods for tailoring the plan to suit your current and goals. Our nutrition plans are easy to follow and effective, and are all based on how the body effectively builds muscle and burns fat. There are no gimmick diets here, it is science based information on how to treat the body well to boost natural hormonal levels to maximise your athletic look.
The Vault is your golden access to all of this information, and it becomes yours when you become a member of The Underground. The Programming section will guide you through how many days you should train based on your goals, as well as highlight how much rest you need in order to avoid overtraining and metabolic resistance. Inside the Vault you will find a wealth of training tutorials, articles, recipes and meal plans, all designed to run effectively alongside the high intensity training of the Underground.

You can trial the Underground in any workout on our schedule, but we hold a special introduction at 7pm on Monday before the 7.30pm workout.
