Coaching, Correction, Motivation, all in your own individual training space with over 70 weekly workout times to choose from. We also cover nutrition, support and tracking, so you have everything you need to reach your goals.

 

The program is simple: attend 3 x 50 Min STRENGTH workouts a week, that’s it. Everyone has their own full workstation and equipment, so you can train at your own pace while being instructed and corrected through every movement, all instructed by our team of master personal trainers. With FREE on-site parking.

Membership with us also grants you access to a host of extra classes and facilities, like our sauna and ice baths, HYROX workouts, yoga classes with Repose, Kickboxing classes, workshops and more. On top of that you have access to a seperate private gym studio, incase you ever want to get some extra work in. All of these extras can be utilized on top of your 3 day program for no additional cost.

 

 

Here is what all of our packages include…

Kick-Off with a one-week trial, then move into our 6-week challenge where we’ll assess you on our private scanner and provide a 50-page nutrition guide along with a tailored meal plan. We’ll continue to track your progress, ensuring you stay on course to reach your goals.
